Secret Service Armour - Fallout

This model is our take on the Secret Service armour from Fallout 76.

Included is everything needed to print the assembly shown in the pictures, we've also designed this helmet to be assembled using hardware. You'll need 10X2MM circular magnets to insert into the facemask and dome pieces so they can snap together, as well as into the side mounted hose clamps. Every other accessory is designed to be glued, or screwed in place using a #8/3/4" screw.

Our version has an operable blast shield that can rotate as needed.

The flashlight has been designed to be fully functioning, meaning that it can be assembled with a single LED diode. There is a channel to run wires from said diode to the inside of the helmet to a battery pack. We've also designed a small "lens" that's intended to be printed with translucent filament so the light will shine through.

To assemble the visor, you just need a bolt and nut (bolt needs to be less than 1/4" in diameter but otherwise anything will fit.) to fasten each hinge to the dome. The hinges will hold the visor in place and allow you to slide it along tracks upward, to then rotate down to rest on the snout.

For the armour, we made use of #4/1/2" size screws in several places with the Jetpack's mounting plate designed for use with 1/4" bolts.

As with all armour builds, we recommend you take test slices or use a scaling software to ensure a proper fit.

This is a very complex build, so please be prepared for a lot of work going into the assembly of this kit.
