This has been seen in nearly all the games in some form plus the show and has to be one of my favourite things to crush ghoul heads with.
These files are designed to be as accurate as possible, and structurally stable through PLA/ABS welding, or an adhesive of your choice, most importantly it calls for a 3' long by .25" dia. steel dowel rod for structural stability.
This has been split up and designed for fitting on all mid sized printers and up!
